There were no muddy footprints to the ladder found in the bushes, and was not originaly believed by investigators, and as evidence was photographed inside the house with Lindbergh. Those photographs are missing, and only the photographs taken nearly two years later of the ladder were used at trail. The big question here is who stole the original evidence photographs taken from inside the Lindbergh House with the original evidence stickers?
Now since all the verdict people want to split hairs on their so called original evidence, we should be discussing removal of the ladder from evidence since the original documnts only speak of a ladder without an original photo from inside the Lindbergh house house that matches original evidence stickers and the height of the ladder wall markings, and which the Hauptmann ladder did not.
If nothing with original evidence stickers is found taken of the ladder inside Lindbergh House, it cannot be proven the Haptmann Ladder was there at that specific time? The photo of markings on the outside wall are more than thirty inches higher than the top wrung of the Hauptmann Ladder, so they cannot be the same ladder described as being found that day in the bushes with no muddy footprints leading to the ladder.
All the verdict people use the microscopc effect to examine partial bit of evidence or just one aspect of the case without thinking the whole picture through, and this causes them to become very volitile and insulting in their posting answers when they realize there are other bits of evidence they preferred not to include
