Hi Rick Good point if they knew who made the ladder wood what were they waiting for if was already known as fabricated evidence were they waiting for the patsy to get caught first. In the nursery ransom note photo faint writing there does appear to be a Fish, see if you can spot it near the dear sir.

Hi Rita....maybe Samuelsohn made an honest mistake in identifiing BRH? Maybe the cops helped him with his identification with the ususal threats? After all is said and done, AS was not required to testify under oath. Just like Dr. VanIngen. After all, AS is a long time buddy of Condon and Condon is a central player in the LKC, now realized before the kidnap as having been into AS's shoppe as well as maybe BRh. Isnt it so convenient to have another BRH witness handy at the trial in case Condon starts babbling like an idiot? Looks like backup insurance to me? Why else would Condon be dumb enough to have AS make the bogus ransom box that broke when the money didnt fit? Well, to involve AS further in the LKC just in case Condon needs an ally. It seems unlikely that if BRh was actually quilty of kidnap and murder he would continure to frequient either Woodlaw, St. Raymonds, or AS's shoppe?

Hi Rick Yes he would have made some attempt to travel, certainly not staying in a place where others would remember him. I believe he couldn't have known what situation he was in, and was completely unaware of what he was being miss-lead into. He was probably asked to cut pieces and make alterations to get his tool marks, and would not have cashed ransom money knowingly near his home.
